Everyone pretty much loves black and white images. Coming from a film background, I especially love them. Each wedding is different as to how the black and whites look.
Some are sharp and crisp.
Others are soft and muted.
This particular wedding was shot on a very bright and sunny day. I decided to go for a very contrast-y look. So, I thought I would post color verses black and white. The couple will receive both in this particular circumstance as both are equally interesting and give a completely different feel.
Sometimes my couples receive both and other times, depending on the quality of the light, may only receive one or the other. Look back at some of my recent blog posts and you will see the different styles of black and white.
Rachel and Scott came down to New Orleans from Shreveport, LA to tie the knot in Audubon Park near the Tree of Life. It was a beautiful day, perfect for a wedding even though it was in December!
